Committee Bylaws
This committee assists the Cashier, when requested, in determining the residence status of a student relative to the required non-resident tuition fees established under the applicable regulations of the Board of Curators. The committee also considers properly filed appeals by students taking exception to the Cashier's ruling relative to their residence or tuition status.
This committee consists of three (3) faculty members and three (3) administrative members appointed for a one-year (1-year) term by the Chancellor, who shall designate one member as Chairperson.
