Committee Bylaws
The members of this committee are appointed by the Chancellor who shall designate one member to serve as chairman. The terms are established for a one-year duration.
This committee consists of three faculty members and three administrative members.
This committee assists the Cashier, when requested, in determining the residence status of a student relative to the required non-resident tuition fees established under the applicable regulations of the Board of Curators. The committee also considers properly filed appeals by students taking exception to the Cashier's ruling relative to their residence or tuition status.
Members are required to convene at least one time annually but can be called for throughout the term by the Chancellor or Chair.
The Chair will give an update to the Chancellor in the fall (by November 1st) and in the spring (by April 1st). At the end of the academic year, the committee will provide the Chancellor with an annual report, which may be presented in written form, digitally, or as a combination of both, by July 1st.
