Committee Bylaws
The Department Chairs Committee considers issues common to all academic departments across campus. It makes recommendations to the faculty senate regarding issues related to faculty workload, teaching assignments, faculty supervision, hiring policies, and other related
matters. It provides the important perspective of faculty supervisors on issues to come before the faculty senate.
The DCC consists of all Department Chairs on Campus. DCC members are not term limited by 5(d) above.
Submit Referrals
Faculty may submit requests to the Committee to address topics that arise and fall under their purview. You may submit any such requests, or any relevant information, to the committee using the link below.
