Committee Bylaws
The members of this committee are appointed by the Chancellor who shall designate one member to serve as chairman.
The terms are established for a one-year duration.
The Missouri S&T Intercollegiate Athletics Committee provides oversight and advice regarding Intercollegiate Athletics to the Chancellor through the Faculty Athletics Representative who chairs the committee.
Members are required to convene at least one time annually but can be called for throughout the term by the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor of Student Success, Faculty Athletics Representative, or the Director of Athletics.
The Chair will give an update to the Chancellor in the fall (by November 1st) and in the spring (by April 1st).
At the end of the academic year, the committee will provide the Chancellor with an annual report, which may be presented in written form, digitally, or as a combination of both, by July 1st.
