Committee Bylaws
This committee makes recommendations to the Faculty Senate on policies pertaining to parking and traffic.
The committee oversees application of rules and regulations concerning parking and traffic.
Each Department may nominate one (1) faculty member for service on the Parking, Security and Traffic committee. The committee shall be composed of five (5) faculty members elected by the Faculty Senate from the list of department nominees for a two-year (2-year) term with one-half being elected each year, one (1) undergraduate student selected by the Student Council, one (1) graduate student selected by the Council of Graduate Students, two (2) staff members selected by the Staff Council, and one (1) member selected the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Facility Planning and Operations. Student terms shall be for one (1) year. The Director of the University Police and the Assistant Director of Parking and Transportation Services shall be ex-officio non-voting members.
The PS&T shall annually elect a chair from the faculty committee members.
