Committee Bylaws
This committee makes recommendations to the Faculty Senate and appropriate administrative officials with respect to the administration of the University Libraries and on rules governing their use by students, faculty, and others. It shall consider all academic and research issues related to the operation of the University Libraries, its holdings, and facilities.
Each Department may nominate one (1) faculty member for service on the University Libraries Committee. The committee consists of eight (8) elected by the Faculty Senate from the list of department nominees; one graduate student selected by the Council of Graduate Students, one undergraduate student to be selected by the Student Council, and the Dean/Director of the Library.
Submit Referrals
Faculty may submit requests to the Committee to address topics that arise and fall under their purview. You may submit any such requests, or any relevant information, to the committee using the link below.
